INGREDIENTS
- 200 g little gem salad
- 200 g turnip
- 300 g chicken breast
- 20 g parmesan
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Half a teaspoon of salt
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 40 g tahini paste
- 60 g sour cream
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Separate the salad into individual leaves, wash them, and cut into larger pieces. Peel the turnip and cut into small sticks.
- 2Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.
- 3Cut the chicken into slices and then into cubes. Salt and pepper it. Sauté the meat in a non-stick pan. Cook it on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- 4Mix the vegetables in a larger bowl together with the dressing and chicken pieces. Serve on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and parmesan slices.
