INGREDIENTS FOR TURKEY ROULADE
- 250 g turkey meat
- 80 g ricotta
- 1 egg yolk
- 20 g sun-dried tomatoes
- Handful of fresh basil
- Handful of fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons (20 g) rapeseed oil
- Lemon
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
- Salt
INGREDIENTS FOR MASHED POTATOES
- 460 g cooked potatoes
- 50 g spring onion
- 1 tablespoon (10 g) rapeseed oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- 50 ml whole milk

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg yolk, lemon juice, crushed garlic, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and stir everything together.
- 2Pound the turkey meat and brush one side with oil. Then add the ricotta mixture. On top of the spread mixture, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and basil. Roll up the meat, brush with oil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- 3Pour oil into a pan and sauté the spring onion. Then add it to the cooked potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, pour in milk, and mash everything.
- 4Slice the turkey roulade and serve with mashed potatoes.
