    Grate the cooked beetroot finely and mix it in a bowl with the minced meat, egg, marjoram, then season the mixture with salt and pepper. Form burgers from the mixture, pan-fry them on both sides (approx. 3 minutes per side), and then bake them for 10 minutes in the oven.

    Meanwhile, blend the goat cheese with milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
