INSTRUCTIONS

    Grate the cooked beetroot finely and mix it in a bowl with minced meat, egg, marjoram, and season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into burgers, fry them on both sides in a pan (about 3 minutes on each side), and then bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, blend the goat cheese with milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
