INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH

- 100 g semi-coarse wheat flour
- 120 g white yogurt (3%)
- 1 egg
- 60 g butter

- 400 g grated apples
- 60 g chicory syrup
- Tablespoon of cinnamon
- Almond slices

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- 2Then mix the flour, eggs, yogurt, and melted butter together. Work into a non-sticky dough and divide it into two parts. Roll out thin sheets from each part.
- 3Mix the grated apples with chicory syrup and cinnamon. Spread on the rolled-out sheets and roll up.
- 4Bake at 175°C for approximately 25 minutes.
- 5According to your preference, you can brush the strudel with beaten egg before placing it in the oven. You can serve it sprinkled with sugar.
