  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 clove of garlic (pressed)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Drain the sardines, place them in a bowl, and mash with a fork. Then add finely chopped shallot, low-fat quark, lime juice, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, pressed garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix everything together.

    Store the finished spread in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
