- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove of garlic (pressed)
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Drain the sardines, place them in a bowl, and mash with a fork. Then add finely chopped shallot, low-fat quark, lime juice, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, pressed garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix everything together.
- 2Store the finished spread in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
