INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs pak choi
- 8 pcs shiitake mushrooms
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 chili
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Jasmine rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Clean the mushrooms and cut them into smaller pieces.
- 2Wash the pak choi and cut it in half. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and chili.
- 3Sauté the garlic, ginger, and chili in sesame oil. Add the shiitake mushrooms, sauté for about 3 minutes, then add the chopped pak choi. Add hoisin sauce and season with fish sauce. Pour in 5 tablespoons of water (or broth) and reduce for 2 - 3 minutes.
- 4Season with pepper and salt and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with jasmine rice.
