INGREDIENTS
- 2 packages udon noodles
- 2 finely chopped shallots
- 2 cloves finely minced garlic
- ½ chili pepper
- 2 carrots cut into thin long (julienne) strips
- 100 g green beans
- 400 g shrimp
- Handful of coriander
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- White sesame for garnish
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons cane sugar
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan, add finely chopped shallots, garlic, and chili. Then add shrimp and sauté for about 3 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing all the necessary ingredients together.
- 3Add chopped carrots and green beans to the pan, pour in the prepared sauce, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 4Finally, add the udon noodles. The noodles are already cooked, so they only need to heat through in the pan for a minute. Mix everything together and serve.
Tip
You can replace the lime juice in the sauce with the same amount of rice vinegar.
