INGREDIENTS

  • approx. 500 g ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 g wild garlic (handful)
  • 2 heaped tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon coarse-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Boil the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes. After cooling, carefully peel them.

    In a bowl, mix the beef with chopped wild garlic, finely chopped shallot, mustard, breadcrumbs, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spread the meat into a thicker patty and arrange the eggs in a single row on top. Wrap the meat around them. Be very careful, as the eggs are not fully cooked and are prone to cracking.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees - top and bottom heat. Place the meatloaf into an oiled baking dish. Pour in water to about 1 cm height of the meatloaf. Do not cover the meat and bake for approximately 25 - 30 minutes.
