INGREDIENTS
- approx. 500 g ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 25 g wild garlic (a handful)
- 2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 shallot
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Boil the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes. After cooling, carefully peel them.
- 2In a bowl, mix the beef with chopped wild garlic, finely chopped shallot, mustard, breadcrumbs, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3Spread the meat into a higher patty and place the eggs in a row on it. Wrap them with the meat. Be very careful, as the eggs are not fully cooked and are prone to cracking.
- 4Preheat the oven to 180 degrees - top and bottom heat. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish greased with oil. Add water to about 1 cm of the meatloaf's height. Do not cover the meat and bake for about 25 - 30 minutes.
