INGREDIENTS
- 30 leaves of fresh basil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 small shallots
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 200 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the garlic cloves and shallots and chop them into small pieces. Wash the basil leaves and gently dry them with a paper towel.
- 2Place the garlic, shallots, basil, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil into a blender.
- 3Add salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the ingredients again.
- 4Store the vinaigrette in a sterilized glass container in the refrigerator.
