INGREDIENTS
- 30 leaves fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 small shallots
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 200 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and shallots. Wash the basil leaves and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2Place the garlic, shallots, basil, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil into a blender.
- 3Add salt and freshly ground pepper. Blend the ingredients again.
- 4Store the vinaigrette in a sterilized glass container in the refrigerator.
Tip
The vinaigrette is excellent as a dressing for salads.
