INGREDIENTS

  • 30 leaves of fresh basil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 small shallots
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 200 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • White pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel the garlic cloves and shallots and chop them into small pieces. Wash the basil leaves and gently dry them with a paper towel.

    Place the garlic, shallots, basil, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil into a blender.

    Add salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the ingredients again.

    Store the vinaigrette in a sterilized glass container in the refrigerator.
Tip
The vinaigrette is great as a dressing for salad dishes.
