INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g minced meat mix
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 slices ginger
  • ½ fresh chili
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Handful fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Jasmine rice
  • 200 g green beans

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop garlic, shallot, and ginger finely and sauté them with chili pepper in vegetable oil.

    Add minced meat and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add fish sauce, green beans, and sauté together for another 3 minutes.

    Finally, add a handful of mint and two tablespoons of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with jasmine rice.
