INGREDIENTS
- 400 g mix of minced meat
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 2 slices of ginger
- ½ fresh chili
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- A handful of fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Jasmine rice
- 200 g of green beans
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Finely chop the garlic, shallot, and ginger, and sauté them with the chili pepper in vegetable oil.
- 2Add the minced meat and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add the fish sauce, green beans, and sauté together for another 3 minutes.
- 3Finally, add a handful of mint and two tablespoons of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4Serve with jasmine rice.
