INGREDIENTS
- 400 g minced meat mix
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- 2 slices ginger
- ½ fresh chili
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Handful fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Jasmine rice
- 200 g green beans
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Chop garlic, shallot, and ginger finely and sauté them with chili pepper in vegetable oil.
- 2Add minced meat and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add fish sauce, green beans, and sauté together for another 3 minutes.
- 3Finally, add a handful of mint and two tablespoons of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4Serve with jasmine rice.
