INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g mix of minced meat
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • ½ fresh chili
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • A handful of fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Jasmine rice
  • 200 g of green beans

INSTRUCTIONS

    Finely chop the garlic, shallot, and ginger, and sauté them with the chili pepper in vegetable oil.

    Add the minced meat and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add the fish sauce, green beans, and sauté together for another 3 minutes.

    Finally, add a handful of mint and two tablespoons of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with jasmine rice.
