INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of feta cheese
  • 350 g of any pasta
  • 500 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Freshly crushed pepper
  • 100 ml of dry white wine (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    In a baking dish, mix the tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and white wine (you can omit the wine from the recipe).

    Arrange the tomatoes on the sides of the baking dish and place the feta cheese in the center.

    Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the feta cheese.

    Place in the preheated oven and bake until the feta cheese softens and the tomatoes are roasted. This takes approximately 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

    After baking the feta cheese, remove the baking dish from the oven and mash and mix the cheese with the tomatoes. Combine the mixture with the cooked pasta and garnish with basil leaves.
