INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g tandoori curry paste
  • 100 g chicken meat
  • 50 g mixed salads
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 50 g chopped tomatoes
  • 50 g sliced onion
  • 1/2 mango
  • 50 g plain yogurt
  • 8 - 10 mint leaves
  • Croutons from 2 rohlíky
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the chicken meat into cubes and marinate in a bowl with tandoori paste for 15 minutes. Then fry it in 2 tablespoons of oil until fully cooked.

    For the yogurt dressing, use finely chopped mint leaves, add them to the yogurt, season with salt, and mix well.

    In another bowl, mix the salad greens with onion, tomatoes, mango, and season with the remaining oil and a pinch of salt.

    Add the fried chicken and the juice from a squeezed lemon to the salad.

    Cut the rohlíky into small cubes and toast in a drop of oil until golden brown.

    The yogurt dressing along with croutons can be added on top of the salad, or served in separate bowls.
