INGREDIENTS
- 30 g tandoori curry paste
- 100 g chicken meat
- 50 g mixed salads
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 50 g chopped tomatoes
- 50 g sliced onion
- 1/2 mango
- 50 g plain yogurt
- 8 - 10 mint leaves
- Croutons from 2 rohlíky
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the chicken meat into cubes and marinate in a bowl with tandoori paste for 15 minutes. Then fry it in 2 tablespoons of oil until fully cooked.
- 2For the yogurt dressing, use finely chopped mint leaves, add them to the yogurt, season with salt, and mix well.
- 3In another bowl, mix the salad greens with onion, tomatoes, mango, and season with the remaining oil and a pinch of salt.
- 4Add the fried chicken and the juice from a squeezed lemon to the salad.
- 5Cut the rohlíky into small cubes and toast in a drop of oil until golden brown.
- 6The yogurt dressing along with croutons can be added on top of the salad, or served in separate bowls.
