INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs tortillas
- 100 g cheddar slices
- Pickled cucumbers
- 1 pc shallot
- Ketchup
- 4 pcs (vegan) burgers
- Handful of baby spinach
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the burger meat or vegetarian alternative in a pan, as you would for burgers. If you are using raw meat, its preparation will take a little more time; for a vegetarian option or pre-cooked meat, you can just briefly fry it on both sides in the pan.
- 2Place a tortilla on a cutting board. Take a knife and make a cut from the center of the tortilla down to the edge.
- 3Imagine the tortilla is divided into four sections (in half, and each half again in half). You will place a different ingredient into each section.
- 4In the first section to the left of the cut, place the meat/vegetarian alternative. In the next section, a slice of cheddar. On the next section of the tortilla, place a mixture of chopped shallots, pickled cucumbers, and a few baby spinach leaves. Spread ketchup on the last section.
- 5Now you can start wrapping. First, fold the burger section over the cheddar, then fold both sections over the salad, and finish the wrap by folding it over the ketchup section. For a better visual, watch the video above.
- 6Dry-fry the wrapped tortilla on both sides in a pan, contact grill, or toaster.
