  • 80 g green French lentils
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • 125 g mixed salads
  • 1 avocado
  • Bunch of radishes
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 20 g walnuts

INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Soak the lentils for 2 hours, then salt and cook until soft. It takes approximately 10 minutes. Let the cooked lentils cool.

    For the dressing, mix olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, and ground pepper.

    Place the salad in a bowl, add diced avocado, sliced radishes, and cooked lentils. Cut or crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad.

    Pour over the dressing and mix. Serve on plates and sprinkle with pieces of walnuts.
