Preparation method

Soak the lentils for 2 hours, then salt and cook until tender. This takes approximately 10 minutes. Let the cooked lentils cool.

For the dressing, mix olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, and ground pepper.

Place the salad in a bowl, add diced avocado, sliced radishes, and cooked lentils. Cut the feta into cubes or crumble it and add to the salad.
