INGREDIENTS
- 80 g green French lentils
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 125 g mixed salads
- 1 avocado
- Bunch of radishes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 20 g walnuts
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Soak the lentils for 2 hours, then salt and cook until soft. It takes approximately 10 minutes. Let the cooked lentils cool.
- 2For the dressing, mix olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, and ground pepper.
- 3Place the salad in a bowl, add diced avocado, sliced radishes, and cooked lentils. Cut or crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad.
- 4Pour over the dressing and mix. Serve on plates and sprinkle with pieces of walnuts.
