25 ml lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Juice the lemon and use the remaining pulp with the peel to moisten the rims of the glasses (ideally martini glasses). Coat the moistened part of the glasses in granulated sugar.

Put a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and pour in all ingredients.

Mix thoroughly and strain over fresh ice into a prepared glass.
