INGREDIENTS FOR THE COCKTAIL
- 50 ml Armagnac
- 25 ml Orange Liqueur
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
INGREDIENTS FOR FINISHING
- Sugar for decorating the glasses
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Juice the lemon and use the remaining pulp with peel to moisten the rim of the glass (ideally a martini glass). Coat the moistened part of the glass with granulated sugar.
- 2Put a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and pour in all the ingredients.
- 3Mix thoroughly together and strain into a prepared glass over fresh ice.
