Preparation method
Wash and clean the spring onions. Finely chop one spring onion and the herbs. In a bowl, mix the meat, chopped spring onion, egg, marjoram, and 3/4 of the basil. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal parts and form patties about 11 cm in diameter. Cut the Camembert into quarters to create 4 triangles. Make an indentation in the center of each patty and insert the cheese, then carefully enclose it with the meat. It is important that the cheese is completely sealed within the meat to prevent it from melting out on the grill.
Heat the grill to 230 - 270 degrees Celsius. Grill the meat for 4 - 5 minutes on each side. On the edge of the grill, where the heat is not as intense, grill the whole spring onions. Turn them continuously.
