INGREDIENTS
- 600 g chicken thigh fillets
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR THE MARINADE
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the chicken meat into equally sized pieces of approximately 3 centimeters and salt them.
- 2Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into pieces the same size as the meat.
- 3Trim the tough ends of the asparagus. Cut ⅓ of the bunch into 3-centimeter pieces. Leave the rest of the asparagus whole.
- 4For the marinade, mix all the ingredients in a larger bowl. Add the meat and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
- 5Alternately skewer the meat, bell pepper, and asparagus on a skewer stick. Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and add water (about 200 ml). Preheat the oven to 200°C, place the baking sheet with the skewers inside, and bake for 20 minutes.
- 6Then add the remaining asparagus, drizzle with oil, and bake for another 10 minutes.
