Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken thigh fillets
  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 230 g red bell pepper
  • 240 g yellow bell pepper
  • 36 g lemon juice
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml chili sauce
  • 14 g garlic
  • 1 pc salt
  • 1 pc pepper

Instructions

    Cut the chicken meat into equally sized pieces, approximately 3 centimeters, and salt them.

    Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into pieces the same size as the meat.

    Trim the tough ends off the asparagus. Cut ⅓ of the bunch into 3-centimeter pieces. Leave the rest of the asparagus whole.

    For the marinade, mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add the meat and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hrs.

    Thread the meat, bell pepper, and asparagus alternately onto skewers. Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and add water (approx. 2 dcl). Preheat the oven to 200°C, place the baking sheet with skewers inside, and bake for 20 minutes.

    Then add the remaining asparagus, drizzle with oil, and bake for another 10 minutes.
