INGREDIENTS

  • 120 g sushi rice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 150 g frozen soybeans
  • 1 avocado
  • 200 g red cabbage
  • 100 g carrot
  • Dried green seaweed
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • 300 g salmon

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cook the rice in salted water until tender according to package instructions. After cooking, transfer to a bowl and mix with rice vinegar.

    Remove the skin from the salmon, cut into centimeter cubes, and pour soy sauce over it. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Pour hot water over the soybeans and simmer for 3 minutes, then drain and place in cold water.

    Also pour hot water over the green seaweed, but do not cook. After a few minutes, drain the water and the seaweed is ready to eat.

    Remove the pit and skin from the avocado and cut into cubes, and the carrot and red cabbage into strips.

    Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl, then arrange the other ingredients around it, place the salmon in the center, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
