Preparation method

Cook the rice in salted water until tender according to package instructions. After cooking, transfer to a bowl and mix with rice vinegar.

Remove skin from salmon, cut into centimeter cubes and pour soy sauce over it. Let marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.

Pour hot water over the soybeans and boil for 3 minutes, then drain and place in cold water.
