First, prepare the herb butter. Mix classic softened butter with chopped herbs, add 1 clove of crushed garlic, and season with salt. Chill in the refrigerator.

Lightly trim the top of the garlic head until the individual cloves are exposed. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly salt.

Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
