INGREDIENTS
- 160 g whole grain pasta
- 40 g cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- A pinch of dried garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 1 piece of broccoli
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g marinated tofu
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Soak the cashew nuts in water for 2 hours. Then drain the water, place them in a blender, add 100 ml of water and blend. Now add nutritional yeast, dried garlic, salt, ground pepper, and blend again. A smooth sauce will form. It's okay if it's a bit runny, the pasta will absorb the sauce.
- 2Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Steam the broccoli. Cut the tomatoes in half. Cut or tear the tofu into small pieces.
- 3Assembly: Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce, add the broccoli, tomatoes, and tofu. Mix well and serve.
