INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of smaller zucchinis (4 pcs)
- 300 g of ground turkey meat
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely grated)
- 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 egg size M
- 1 handful of finely chopped fresh basil (can be replaced with 2 teaspoons of dried)
- 50 g of Parmesan (finely grated)
- 50 g of sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 185–190 °C, prepare a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm) and line it with baking paper.
- 2Halve the zucchinis and scoop out the inner flesh using a spoon. Cut the flesh into small pieces and set aside. Salt the hollowed-out zucchini and set aside as well.
- 3In a large bowl, place the ground meat, inner zucchini flesh, finely grated garlic cloves, tomato paste, egg, basil, 30 g of Parmesan, finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano, and mix everything together.
- 4Now take the salted zucchini and dry the hollowed part with a paper towel. Fill the prepared zucchinis with the meat mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Once all the zucchinis are filled, sprinkle the surface with the remaining Parmesan.
- 5Finally, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the zucchinis for 40–45 minutes at 185–190 °C. After baking, remove the zucchinis from the oven, divide into individual portions, and serve.
