Ingredients overview
- 700 g watermelon flesh
- 350 g Cantaloupe melon flesh
- 120 g cucumber
- 200 g feta
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- A handful of fresh mint

Cut both types of melon into cubes, peel the cucumber, halve it, scoop out the seeds from the center and slice it. Put everything into a large bowl.

Cut the feta into cubes as well and add it to the melon and cucumber.

Add the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and finely chopped mint. Mix well. Serve chilled.
