INGREDIENTS FOR BAO

- 10 g salt
- 20 g yeast
- 150 ml warm water

- Gimar tuna tartare
- 1/2 tomato
- Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 20 g red cabbage
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BAO
- 1Pile the flour into a mound and make a well in the center. Add salt, yeast, and warm water into the well.
- 2Mix everything thoroughly until the mixture forms a dough.
- 3Shape the dough into flatbreads and place them in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETION
- 1Cut the bao flatbread in half, leaving it connected at the end.
- 2In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of mayonnaise with a teaspoon of soy sauce. Spread the resulting sauce inside the flatbread.
- 3Cut the lettuce and green salad into strips, slice the tomato, and add them to the flatbread.
- 4Finally, add pieces of tuna and serve.
