Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 50 g tuna tartare
- 10 g salt
- 20 g red cabbage
- 20 g yeast
- 20 g green salad
- 150 ml warm water
- 60 g tomato
- 15 g mayonnaise
- 8 g soy sauce
Instructions
- 1Pour the flour into a pile and make a well in the center. Add salt, yeast, and warm water into the well.
- 2Process everything thoroughly until a dough forms from the mixture.
- 3Shape the dough into flatbreads and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes.
- 4Cut the bao flatbread in half, leaving it connected at one end.
- 5In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a teaspoon of soy sauce. Then spread the resulting sauce on the inside of the flatbread.
- 6Cut the lettuce and green salad into strips, slice the tomato, and add them to the flatbread.
- 7Finally, add pieces of tuna and serve.
