INGREDIENTS
- 1 part unpeeled (natural) nuts, ideally hazelnuts or almonds
- 1 part sunflower seeds
- ½ part pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple, agave, or chicory syrup
- 1 part shredded coconut
- 2 parts oats
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

- Fresh fruit
- Plain yogurt
INGREDIENTS FOR TIP
- Dark chocolate
- Freeze-dried fruit
- Roasted coconut flakes
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Parchment paper
- Canning jar

- 11 part = full cup with a volume of 100 ml
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Measure all dry ingredients for the granola except for the coconut using a cup and mix in a bowl. Add coconut oil, mix thoroughly. Finally, stir in honey or syrup.
- 2Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer and place in an oven preheated to 150 degrees Celsius. Stir after ten minutes and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
- 3When the granola smells nice and darkens, stir in the shredded coconut for the last 3 minutes. Do not bake it longer, it would burn.
- 4Remove from the oven and let cool. Transfer to a jar where the granola will last for 14 days, up to a month.
- 5Serve with plain yogurt, fruit, chocolate, and anything you like.
Tip
You can mix chopped dark chocolate, freeze-dried fruit, or roasted coconut flakes into the cooled granola.
