INGREDIENTS
- 1 part unpeeled (natural) nuts, ideally hazelnuts or almonds
- 1 part sunflower seeds
- ½ part pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple, agave or chicory syrup
- 1 part shredded coconut
- 2 parts oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons dark cane sugar

- Plain yogurt

- Dark chocolate
- Freeze-dried fruit
- Toasted coconut flakes
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Baking paper
- Preserving jar
750 ml (jar)
- 11 part = a full cup with a volume of 100 ml
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Measure all dry ingredients for the granola, except for the coconut, using a cup and mix in a bowl. Add coconut oil, mix thoroughly. Finally, stir in honey or syrup.
- 2Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 150 degrees Celsius. After ten minutes, stir and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
- 3When the granola smells wonderful and is browning, stir in the shredded coconut for the last 3 minutes. Do not bake it longer, it would burn.
- 4Remove from the oven and let cool. Transfer to a jar, where the granola will last for 14 days, a maximum of one month.
- 5Serve with plain yogurt, fruit, chocolate, and anything else you like.
Tip
You can mix chopped dark chocolate, freeze-dried fruit, or toasted coconut flakes into the cooled granola.
