INGREDIENTS
- 12 slices of rustic white baguette
- 100 g slices of prosciutto crudo
- 3 pieces of figs
- approx. 1.5 dl olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Several leaves of fresh basil
- Several leaves of fresh mint
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Dry-toast baguette slices until crispy.
- 2Mix oil with crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper, and stir in chopped basil.
- 3Brush the baguettes with the prepared olive oil.
- 4Halve each slice of prosciutto lengthwise, and quarter the figs.
- 5Top each baguette with prosciutto, a quarter of a fig, season with salt, drizzle lightly with oil, and sprinkle with chopped mint.
