INGREDIENTS

  • 12 slices of rustic white baguette
  • 100 g slices of prosciutto crudo
  • 3 pieces of figs
  • approx. 1.5 dl olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Several leaves of fresh basil
  • Several leaves of fresh mint
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Dry-toast baguette slices until crispy.
  • 2
    Mix oil with crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper, and stir in chopped basil.

    Brush the baguettes with the prepared olive oil.

    Halve each slice of prosciutto lengthwise, and quarter the figs.

    Top each baguette with prosciutto, a quarter of a fig, season with salt, drizzle lightly with oil, and sprinkle with chopped mint.
