INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams of flour
- 400 ml of milk
- 5 eggs
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of raisins
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Separate the eggs. Whisk the yolks with milk, raisins, sugar, flour, and salt until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold the stiff snow into the batter.
- 2Heat butter in a large pan, pour in the batter, and first fry the Kaiserschmarrn pancake on both sides.
- 3Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Then bake the Kaiserschmarrn with the hot air pan for about 10 minutes until the pancake is golden brown.
- 4Remove the pan from the oven and cut the baked Kaiserschmarrn into small pieces. Then bake again in the oven for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar and serve.
