INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 50 g of butter
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Separate the eggs. Whisk the yolks with milk, raisins, sugar, flour, and salt until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold the stiff snow into the batter.

    Heat butter in a large pan, pour in the batter, and first fry the Kaiserschmarrn pancake on both sides.

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Then bake the Kaiserschmarrn with the hot air pan for about 10 minutes until the pancake is golden brown.

    Remove the pan from the oven and cut the baked Kaiserschmarrn into small pieces. Then bake again in the oven for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar and serve.
