INGREDIENTS
- 150 g lentils
- 100 g fresh tagliatelle noodles
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a medium-sized pot, add lentils that have been rinsed with cold water; no need to soak them beforehand. Cover with cold water, add 2 bay leaves, whole garlic cloves, salt, and pepper, and let it cook according to the type of lentils and your taste until soft, approximately 30 minutes.
- 2Towards the end of cooking, add the noodles, cook briefly, and drizzle with olive oil. Drizzle more oil over the soup when serving.
