INGREDIENTS
- 350 g pork tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Marinate the pork tenderloin in a mixture of oyster sauce and 3 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- 2Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Roast the marinated meat for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn the meat to the other side and roast for another 20 minutes.
- 3Brush the meat with a tablespoon of Char Siu sauce, turn off the oven, and let it rest in the oven for a few minutes before slicing.
Tip
Place the sliced meat into noodle soup (made from chicken broth) and sprinkle with a little spring onion. This creates the famous Char Siu noodle soup.
