INGREDIENTS
- 500 g chicken breasts
- 50 g plain white wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
- 1 medium-sized egg
- 3 tablespoons semi-skimmed milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 70 g breadcrumbs
- 60 g Parmesan (finely grated)
- 200 ml rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the chicken meat: Slice it lengthwise to make it thinner, and season with salt.
- 2Now prepare 3 deeper bowls: In the first, place flour, 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and paprika. In the second, whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of salt, and in the third, mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan.
- 3Pour approximately 0.5 cm of oil into a deeper pan (⌀ 20–22 cm) and heat it. First, coat the chicken meat in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs with Parmesan. Fry the prepared cutlets over low to medium heat for 2–4 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the meat).
