- 280 g plain flour
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 100 g ground walnuts
- 200 g plant-based butter
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix sifted flour and powdered sugar. Add softened butter, lemon zest, and ground walnuts, and work into a dough. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest for one to two days.
- 2After resting, knead the dough again and form a roll. Cut equally long pieces from it, shape them into crescents, and place them on baking paper.
- 3Bake the crescents for about 8 minutes at 180°C. After baking, coat them in a mixture of vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.
