INGREDIENTS
- 200 g hazelnuts
- 50 g coconut oil
- 15 g cocoa
- 40 g chicory syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Let them cool.
- 2Pour the nuts into a kitchen towel and rub them together with your hands in the towel. This will remove the skins. Pick out the nuts and place them in a blender, then blend them as finely as possible. Occasionally, you may need to stop the blender and scrape the paste from the sides to ensure the mixture is uniformly smooth.
- 3Add coconut oil, cocoa, chicory syrup, and 60 ml of water. Blend until the ingredients combine into a smooth mixture. If you have a less powerful blender, take breaks to allow it to cope.
- 4Store the butter in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
