INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g milk
  • 40 g fine oat flakes
  • 20 g butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 g honey
  • 150 g almonds
  • 100 g apricots
  • 100 g cranberries
  • 100 g plums

FOR FINISHING

  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 30 g pistachios

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut almonds into smaller pieces with a knife, and apricots and plums into small cubes.

    In a saucepan, bring milk with oats to a boil and cook for several minutes until the oats turn into a porridge. Add butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the ingredients combine.

    Add the chopped fruit and almonds to the mixture, stir. Form small patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 °C. After baking, let the Marokánky cool down before peeling them off the parchment paper.

    Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and decorate the Marokánky or dip them in chocolate. You can garnish with chopped pistachios.
