INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g of whole blanched almonds
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 4 teaspoons of coarsely chopped lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons of coarse Himalayan salt
  • 2 pieces of cayenne chili pepper
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of chili oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Place 200 g of whole almonds on a heated dry pan, add sprigs of thyme, lemon zest, and salt. Drizzle with lemon juice and roast until golden brown.

    In another pan, heat the chili oil, add sliced cayenne pepper, sliced garlic, and roast. Add the almonds and roast together until golden brown.
