INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of whole blanched almonds
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 4 teaspoons of coarsely chopped lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons of coarse Himalayan salt
- 2 pieces of cayenne chili pepper
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of chili oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Place 200 g of whole almonds on a heated dry pan, add sprigs of thyme, lemon zest, and salt. Drizzle with lemon juice and roast until golden brown.
- 2In another pan, heat the chili oil, add sliced cayenne pepper, sliced garlic, and roast. Add the almonds and roast together until golden brown.
