INGREDIENTS
- 400 g whole blanched almonds
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 teaspoons coarsely chopped lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons coarse Himalayan salt
- 2 pcs cayenne chili pepper
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Place 200 g of whole almonds in a hot dry pan and roast. Add plucked thyme sprigs, lemon zest, and salt. Drizzle with lemon juice and roast until golden.
- 2In a second pan, heat the chili oil, add sliced cayenne pepper, sliced garlic, and sauté. Add the almonds and roast together until golden.
