INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g rice
  • 300 g chicken breasts
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground chili
  • 100 g beans
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g canned corn
  • 2 small carrots
  • 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 1 piece sour cream
  • 0.5 piece lime
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Rinse the rice, salt it, and cook according to the instructions on the package.

    Clean and wash the fresh vegetables. Cut the carrot into thin strips, the tomatoes into quarters, and the lettuce into strips.

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel the skin. Mash the avocado with a fork and season it with salt, ground pepper, and juice from half a lime. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until serving.

    Cut the chicken breasts into slices and then into smaller pieces, salt them, and sprinkle with ground chili. Pour oil into a non-stick pan, and once the pan is hot, add the meat and sear it on all sides. Sear for only a few minutes to prevent the meat from drying out unnecessarily.

    Now assemble the entire dish. Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl and top with chicken, vegetables, and avocado. Serve with sour cream.
