INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium apple (approx. 130 g)
  • 1 medium carrot (approx. 100 g)
  • 1 medium ripe banana (approx. 90 g without peel)
  • 100 g finely ground oats (gluten-free)
  • 50 g finely ground almonds
  • 50 g apple puree (applesauce)
  • 1 package of baking powder (12 g)

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, preheat the oven to 180 °C, prepare a 12-muffin tin, and line it with paper cups.

    Core the apple and grate it coarsely, grate the carrot finely, and place both in a medium-sized bowl. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the bowl as well. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Fill the prepared tin with the resulting batter and bake the muffins for 35–40 minutes at 170–180 °C. After removing, let them cool for at least 30 minutes.
