INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g raw potatoes (cooking type C)
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small yellow onion (approx. 80 g)
  • 1 egg, size M
  • 185 g tuna in its own juice (drained)
  • 100 g white plain spelt flour
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Finely grate potatoes and carrots into a large bowl. Coarsely grate the zucchini, salt it, and let it release water. Meanwhile, press the garlic and finely chop the onion.

    Then drain the excess liquid from the potatoes, zucchini, and carrots, mix with the egg, tuna, flour, onion, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.

    Next, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Form patties in the pan (this will yield 12 smaller pieces) and fry for 1–2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
