- 500 g raw potatoes (cooking type C)
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small yellow onion (approx. 80 g)
- 1 egg, size M
- 185 g tuna in its own juice (drained)
- 100 g white plain spelt flour
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Finely grate potatoes and carrots into a large bowl. Coarsely grate the zucchini, salt it, and let it release water. Meanwhile, press the garlic and finely chop the onion.
- 2Then drain the excess liquid from the potatoes, zucchini, and carrots, mix with the egg, tuna, flour, onion, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- 3Next, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Form patties in the pan (this will yield 12 smaller pieces) and fry for 1–2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
