INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g raw potatoes (cooking type C)
  • 100 g carrot
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small yellow onion (approx. 80 g)
  • 1 egg size M
  • 185 g tuna in its own juice (drained)
  • 100 g white spelt flour
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Finely grate the potatoes and carrots into a large bowl. Coarsely grate the zucchini, salt it, and let it release water. Meanwhile, press the garlic and finely chop the onion.

    Then remove the excess liquid from the potatoes, zucchini, and carrots, mix with the egg, tuna, flour, onion, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.

    Next, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Shape the mixture into patties (makes 12 smaller pieces) and fry for 1–2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
