INGREDIENTS
- 4 young artichokes
- 2 tablespoons of creamy balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 sprigs of oregano
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, clean the artichokes. Cut off the woody stem, then cut off 1/3 of the artichoke tip and peel the leaves until yellow leaves remain. Cut the artichoke in half lengthwise and scrape out the 'choke' from the center.
- 2Boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
- 3In the meantime, prepare the glaze. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- 4Drain the artichokes and place them in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Rub the prepared mixture into the artichokes and bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 5Serve the artichokes as an appetizer or as a side dish to meat.
