INGREDIENTS
- 500 g plain flour
- 250 ml lukewarm water
- 80 ml oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- Half a yeast (21 grams)
- 100 g English bacon
- 2 mozzarellas
- 1 egg
- Something for topping (poppy seeds, caraway, sesame)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix flour, water, oil, yeast, salt, mozzarella, bacon, marjoram, garlic, chives and knead by hand or put in a mixer.
- 2Divide the dough into 10 parts.
- 3Shape each part into a roll by hand.
- 4Arrange the rolls in a baking dish.
- 5Beat one egg with a pinch of salt.
- 6Brush the rolls with the egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds or something you like.
- 7Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180° C.

Savory rolls are suitable with any spread, cream cheese, or pâté.
