- Puff Pastry (rolled)
- 2 large apples
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Wash the apples and cut them into slices about half a centimeter thick.
- 2Cut out the center of each slice.
- 3Cut the puff pastry into 10 strips.
- 4Take one strip and thread it through the apple. One strip of pastry per apple.
- 5Place the wrapped apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Sprinkle the baked apples with powdered sugar.
- 7Beat the egg with cinnamon and brush the apples with it.
- 8Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 °C.
