BEVERAGE SUITABLE FOR THIS DISH

  • Coca-Cola

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1
Let the meat rest outside the fridge to reach room temperature before grilling. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Sauté in sunflower oil until translucent, then add Jack Daniel's sauce and let it caramelize over low heat. Mix the mayonnaise with smoked paprika and let it rest in the fridge.
  • 2
Brush the meat with oil, pepper it (and salt if the meat is not already salted), and grill on a hot grill for about 4 minutes on each side to keep it slightly pink in the middle. Also, grill the bacon and toast the halved buns until crispy. Once the meat is browned, sprinkle with Parmesan and let it rest for a minute.
  • 3
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom part of the bun, then layer arugula, meat, caramelized onions, bacon, a slice of tomato, and cover with the top part of the bun.
