- 700 g pork tenderloin (you can use pork belly or pork roast)
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 lime
- Olive oil
- 1 red onion

- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fajita seasoning mix
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE MEAT
- 1First, prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix the garlic cloves, lemon juice, fajita seasoning mix, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- 2Wash, pat dry, and lengthwise slice the pork tenderloin. Add it to the marinade and mix well so that the meat is covered with marinade on all sides. Let the meat marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 3Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the pork tenderloin pieces for at least 3 minutes on each side.

- 1Cut the onion and bell pepper into strips.
- 2Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the grill. Then add the sliced onion, bell peppers and grill for 2 minutes.
