  • 700 g pork tenderloin (you can use pork belly or pork loin)
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 lime
  • Olive oil
  • 1 red onion

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fajita seasoning mix
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INGREDIENTS FOR SERVING

  • Tortilla
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE MEAT

    First, prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix the garlic cloves, lemon juice, fajita seasoning mix, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

    Wash, pat dry, and lengthwise slice the pork tenderloin. Add it to the marinade and mix well so that the meat is covered with marinade on all sides. Let the meat marinate for at least 1 hour.

    Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the pork tenderloin pieces for at least 3 minutes on each side.

    Cut the onion and bell pepper into strips.

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the grill. Then add the sliced onion, bell peppers and grill for 2 minutes.

    Add the cooked pork strips to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Drizzle the mixture with lime.

    Warm the tortillas on the grill. Then place the meat and vegetable mixture on them.

    Finally, drizzle with sour cream and salsa. Then wrap the tortilla.
