  • 700 g pork tenderloin (you can use pork belly or pork loin)
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 lime
  • Olive oil
  • 1 red onion

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fajitas seasoning mix
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Tortilla
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEAT PREPARATION

    First, prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix garlic cloves, lemon juice, fajitas seasoning mix, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

    Wash, dry, and cut the pork tenderloin lengthwise. Add to the marinade and mix well to ensure the meat is covered on all sides. Let the meat marinate for at least 1 hour.

    Preheat the grill to medium temperature. Grill the pork tenderloin pieces for at least 3 minutes on each side.
