INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEAT PREPARATION
- 1First, prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix garlic cloves, lemon juice, fajitas seasoning mix, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- 2Wash, dry, and cut the pork tenderloin lengthwise. Add to the marinade and mix well to ensure the meat is covered on all sides. Let the meat marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 3Preheat the grill to medium temperature. Grill the pork tenderloin pieces for at least 3 minutes on each side.
