INGREDIENTS
- 400 g raw broccoli
- 60 g Niva cheese (finely grated)
- 50 g Parmesan (finely grated)
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a small pot, bring salted water to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, wash the broccoli and break it into small florets.
- 2Once the water starts boiling, add the broccoli florets to the pot and cook them for 7–8 minutes over high heat.
- 3Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220–225 °C and prepare a small baking dish. Then take a larger bowl and mix grated Niva cheese, Parmesan, egg yolk, 60 ml of milk, ground nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- 4Once the broccoli is cooked, drain the water and transfer the broccoli to the baking dish. Then spread the prepared cheese mixture over the broccoli, place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake for 12–13 minutes at 220–225 °C.
- 5After the specified time, remove the dish from the oven, divide the baked broccoli into 2 servings, and serve.
