  • 400 g raw broccoli
  • 60 g Niva cheese (finely grated)
  • 50 g Parmesan (finely grated)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a small pot, bring salted water to a boil over high heat. In the meantime, wash the broccoli and break it into small florets.

    Once the water boils, add the broccoli florets to the pot and cook them for 7–8 minutes over high heat.

    Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220–225 °C and prepare a small baking dish. Then, take a large bowl and mix in it the grated Niva cheese, Parmesan, egg yolk, 60 ml milk, ground nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

    Once the broccoli is cooked, drain the water and transfer the broccoli to the baking dish. Then, spread the prepared cheese mixture over the broccoli, place the baking dish into the preheated oven, and bake for 12–13 minutes at 220–225 °C.

    After the specified time, remove the dish from the oven, divide the baked broccoli into 2 portions, and serve.
