INGREDIENTS
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 egg size M
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 40 g breadcrumbs (or more as needed)
- 2 cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 2.5 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 large yellow onion (peeled and finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Prepare a large bowl, add ground beef, egg, sweet paprika, dried marjoram, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together.
- 2Take a large pan and heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil over medium heat. Then add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté over low to medium heat for 8–10 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent.
- 3Add the sautéed onion to the meat mixture in the bowl and mix everything again. From the resulting mixture, shape 6 equally sized patties.
- 4Preheat the oven to 200 °C, prepare a baking sheet, and line it with baking paper.
- 5Clean the pan in which the onion was sautéed, and heat 1.5 tablespoons of canola oil over medium heat. Then place the patties in the pan, sauté them over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side, and then transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
- 6Once all the patties are sautéed and arranged on the baking sheet, place the sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes at 190–200 °C.
