INGREDIENTS
- 2l of water
- 100 g of cherry tomatoes
- 250 g of mozzarella
- 1 handful of fresh basil (approx. 8 g)
- 200 g of any dry wheat pasta
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 120 g of sour cream (12% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil for cooking the pasta. Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and roughly chop a handful of basil. Place everything into a large bowl.
- 2Once the water in the pot is boiling, salt it, add the pasta, and cook for 10–13 minutes over medium heat.
- 3After cooking, drain the pasta, cool it down, and then add it to the bowl with the other ingredients along with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
- 4Take the chilled pasta salad out of the refrigerator, divide it into individual portions, and serve.
