INGREDIENTS

  • 2l of water
  • 100 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g of mozzarella
  • 1 handful of fresh basil (approx. 8 g)
  • 200 g of any dry wheat pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 120 g of sour cream (12% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil for cooking the pasta. Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and roughly chop a handful of basil. Place everything into a large bowl.

    Once the water in the pot is boiling, salt it, add the pasta, and cook for 10–13 minutes over medium heat.

    After cooking, drain the pasta, cool it down, and then add it to the bowl with the other ingredients along with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.

    Take the chilled pasta salad out of the refrigerator, divide it into individual portions, and serve.
