Preparation method

Preheat your oven to 175 °C and prepare a baking dish (approx. 30 cm x 25 cm), lining it with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour with 150 ml of milk, butter, sugar, yeast, and a pinch of salt, and knead the resulting mixture into a smooth dough. Kneading will take approximately 5-10 minutes (if using a stand mixer, turn it on to medium speed).

Lightly flour your work surface, then place the prepared dough on it and roll it out with a rolling pin into a sheet approximately 30 cm × 40 cm.

Chef's tip

Drizzle the buns with honey before serving.
