First, preheat the oven to 200-205 °C, prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.
Now prepare the marinade: Take a large bowl, crack an egg into it and add smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons of oil, cornstarch, ground chili, honey, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper. Then peel the garlic, press it into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
Next, break the cauliflower into florets, place them in the prepared marinade and mix so that each piece of cauliflower is coated with the marinade. Transfer the coated cauliflower to the lined baking sheet, place in the preheated oven and bake for 30-33 minutes at 200-205 °C.
Chef's tip
You can serve the cauliflower with a dressing made from soy sauce, ginger, honey and wine vinegar.
