In a small pot or electric kettle, bring 200 ml of water to a boil.

Pour the couscous into a small bowl, mix with a pinch of salt, and pour hot boiling water over it. Cover the bowl (e.g., with a plate) and let the couscous swell.

Meanwhile, wash and slice the bell pepper into strips, peel and thinly slice the onion, and peel and press the garlic. Then, take a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in it over medium heat, then add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the pan and sauté everything for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
