- 200 g tomatoes
- 2 medium red or yellow onions
- 600 g chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon crushed oregano
- 1 tablespoon ground smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground chili
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 1 large handful of fresh dill
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g semi-fat quark from a tub
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the dressing: Finely chop the dill and peel and grate the garlic on a fine grater. Place the chopped dill and grated garlic in a small bowl and mix with the quark, salt, and pepper.
- 2Then prepare the vegetables: Wash the tomatoes, peel the onions, and slice both into thin slices.
- 3Next, wash and clean the chicken breasts and cut them into thin strips. Place them in a larger bowl, add oregano, smoked paprika, ground chili, ground coriander, tomato paste, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly to coat the meat. Then take a larger pan, heat 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in it, add the coated chicken strips, and fry them, stirring occasionally, for 8-9 minutes over medium heat.
- 4Divide the fried meat, sliced vegetables, and dressing into 4 plates and serve.
