  • 4 slices of watermelon
  • 4 slices of cantaloupe
  • 250 g Halloumi cheese
  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • 100 g arugula
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 dcl olive oil
  • A handful of basil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

    Cut the watermelon and cheese into larger cubes. Alternately skewer them. Brush with olive oil and season with pepper. Grill on a hot grill for 2 minutes on each side. Simultaneously, grill the sugar snap peas, drizzled with olive oil, salted, and peppered.

    For the dressing, blend olive oil, fresh basil, and lemon juice together. Salt and pepper to taste.
