- 4 slices of cantaloupe
- 250 g Halloumi cheese
- 200 g sugar snap peas
- 100 g arugula

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the watermelon and cheese into larger cubes. Alternately skewer them. Brush with olive oil and season with pepper. Grill on a hot grill for 2 minutes on each side. Simultaneously, grill the sugar snap peas, drizzled with olive oil, salted, and peppered.
- 2For the dressing, blend olive oil, fresh basil, and lemon juice together. Salt and pepper to taste.
