INGREDIENTS
- 1 puff pastry
- 5 tablespoons soft curd
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla pudding
- 1 egg
- 200 g frozen forest fruits
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix the curd, sugar, pudding, and egg.
- 2Unroll the puff pastry and spread with the curd mixture.
- 3Sprinkle with fruit and roll into a log.
- 4Cut the log, leaving about 10 cm uncut.
- 5Braid the strands and place on a baking sheet.
- 6Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190°C and bake for another 35-45 minutes.
